In compliance with Republic Act No. 11032, otherwise known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and in line with the objective of enhancing the efficiency and management of official account creation, password reset, and ICT support services, this Office shall implement the DepEd Bacolod Account Help Center as the official platform for handling such requests.
This program aims to:
a. Streamline the process of account creation, password reset, and other related ICT services for DepEd Bacolod personnel.
b. Ensure compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 by promoting efficient, transparent, and timely service delivery.
c. Establish a centralized platform for managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace account requests, accessible to designated School Officials, Staff, and ICT Coordinators, minimizing the need for personnel to physically visit the Division Office and making services more accessible and convenient.
